Clause 1: Introduction

 

These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions that govern the use of the online short term scooter and e-bike reservation service offered by the service provider. By using this service, you agree to the terms of use as described below. It is important to read them carefully before making any reservations.

Article 2: Age requirements

 

The renter must be at least 18 years old to be able to rent a vehicle. If the renter is under 18, they must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to make the reservation.

Article 3: Proof of identity and payment

 

Renter must provide valid proof of identity in the form of photo ID upon booking. In addition, the renter must provide a valid means of payment for payment of the rental. The service provider reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the identity or payment information is invalid or cannot be verified.

 

Article 4: Responsibility of the tenant

 

The renter is fully responsible for the safety and proper use of the rented vehicle throughout the duration of the rental. The renter is also responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. In the event of damage, the tenant will be charged for the necessary repair costs.

 

Article 5: Geographical limitations

 

The rental is only valid for the territory defined by the service provider. If the vehicle is used outside of this territory, additional charges may apply.

 

Article 6: Rates

 

Rates may vary depending on rental length, demand and availability. The service provider reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

 

Article 7: Refusal of reservation

 

The service provider reserves the right to refuse any reservation for any valid reason, including but not limited to violation of the terms of use, bad behavior or misuse of the rented vehicles.

 

Article 8: Modifications of the conditions of use

 

The service provider reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time without notice. The amended Terms of Service will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service Provider's website. By continuing to use the service after the changes, you agree to the new terms of service.

Article 9: Termination oflocation

 

The service provider may cancel the rental in the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, bad behavior or misuse of the rented vehicles.

 

Article 10: Limitation of liability

 

Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, special, or similar damages arising out of the use of the rental vehicles or any other aspect of the service.

 

Article 11: Rules of conduct

 

Renter must comply with all local and state laws, regulations and ordinances relating to the operation of rented vehicles. In addition, the renter must use the rented vehicles in a reasonable and safe manner.

Article 12: Disputes

 

Any dispute arising from the use of the service will be governed by the laws of the state or country where the service provider's head office is located. Renter agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such state or country for any dispute arising out of use of the service.

 

Article 13: Complete agreement

 

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Renter and Service Provider and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, oral or written, between the parties. No other agreements, representations or warranties are valid outside of these Terms of Use.

Article 14: Closing

 

Service Provider and Renter agree that these Terms of Use are governed by applicable law and that they agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. By using the electric bicycle and scooter rental service, the tenant accepts the conditions of use described above.
